| Honey harvesting area | Nanbu Town, Sannohe County, Aomori Prefecture, Japan |
| Honey harvesting area details | Nanbu Town, Sannohe County, is located in the southeast of Aomori Prefecture, adjacent to the western part of Hachinohe City. The fertile plains along the Mabechi River, which runs through the center of the town, are where rice and vegetables are grown. In the southwest, Mt. Nakui stands tall at 615 meters above sea level, and fruit cultivation thrives in the hilly areas. It is a historic town that has developed since ancient times as the birthplace of the Nanbu clan. Its specialties include cherries, garlic, and apples. It boasts the largest cherry harvest in the prefecture. The apples for this honey come from an orchard that grows Fuji and Shinano Gold apples, while the cherries come from an orchard that primarily grows Sato Nishiki cherries. |
| Recommended way to eat | ・Its rich sweetness blends well with the astringency of the tea leaves, enhancing their aroma while adding a soft sweetness. Unlike adding sugar, just adding honey allows you to enjoy a taste that is almost like fruit tea or flavored tea. It also balances well with milk tea, allowing you to enjoy its mellow flavor. When pairing it with black tea, the trick to making delicious honey tea is to add plenty of honey. ・Also recommended with hot buttered toast. The fragrant flavor of the toast and the richness of the butter match perfectly with the rich sweetness for a luxurious taste. - You can also pour the fruity sweetness over yogurt. The sourness of the yogurt brings out the fruity flavor, creating a sweet taste. |

| Notes | Do not give to infants under 1 year old. Due to the natural state of L'Abeille honey, there are individual differences in color, taste, and crystallization. The color may vary from the photo depending on the harvesting period. Also, to preserve the natural flavor, no high-temperature processing or excessive filtration is performed, so crystals and plant-derived particles may be present, but there is no problem with the quality. |
