What is Royal Jelly?

This is a special food for the queen bee that is produced internally by young worker bees eating pollen and nectar.
In Japan, it is also called "royal milk."
Queen bees are about 1.5 times larger than worker bees and live about 40 times longer.
They can lay up to 2,000 eggs a day, and the source of this power is royal jelly.

<How to eat raw royal jelly>

Take 1 to 2 teaspoons (2 to 4 g) per day.

Fresh royal jelly has a distinctive, tart, sour taste, which is proof of its freshness.
If you are concerned about the sourness, mix it with honey or vegetable juice. Freezing it will make it easier to eat as you won't notice the sourness.
