To preserve the marinade for a longer period, it's essential to sterilize the jar by boiling. - After preparation, store in the refrigerator.
Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Lemon and Ginger
Honey Marinade
- New ginger (or regular ginger): 100g
- Lemon: 1/2
- Honey: 250g
- Peel the ginger and slice thinly. Wash the lemon well and slice thinly.
- Place the ginger and lemon from step 1 into a sterilized jar and pour in the honey.
- Leave at room temperature for half a day. Once moisture appears, invert the jar to mix well and then store in the refrigerator.
Pineapple and Kiwi
Honey Marinade
- Pineapple: 100g (approx. 1/10 fruit)
- Kiwi: 80g (1 medium)
- Honey: 250g
- Peel the pineapple and remove the core, then slice it into 2cm thick pieces. Peel the kiwi and slice it into 1cm thick pieces.
- Place the fruit from step 1 into a sterilized jar and pour honey over it, making sure it is well coated.
- Leave at room temperature for 2 days, stirring well twice a day (morning and evening) with the lid open, then store in the refrigerator.
