Mielatier's "Stollen Miel" is a special treat made with a recipe that uses only honey and no added sugar. This stollen is the result of many years of work by pastry chef Wataru Ichinose. The dough is spiced with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves, and is topped with plenty of almonds and three kinds of dried fruit. A generous amount of French heather honey, which complements the flavor perfectly, is used to create a deep, rich flavor.
  • MESSAGE FROM PATISSIER

Stollenmiel was completed after more than three years of recipe development.
Stollen is known for its powdered sugar, so we struggled to use honey instead. After much trial and error, we finally arrived at the idea of covering the entire cake with honey-infused marzipan.

We look forward to delivering this product not only to Mielatier stores, but also to our online members nationwide.
