Nógrád County is located in northern Hungary, and its eastern part forms the Novohrad-Nógrád Geopark with Slovakia. The county is home to Hollókő, often called "Hungary's most beautiful village," which is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its strong Palóc cultural heritage.


Acacia honey is recognized as a national specialty of Hungary, and the government protects acacia trees. Mr. Szuhány took over beekeeping from his father in 1983 and now owns 150-200 beehives.

He started beekeeping as a hobby 20 years ago and became a full-time beekeeper 6 years ago. He currently manages 350 beehives and 5 apiaries, practicing beekeeping that considers the natural environment and the health of bees. He also serves as the chairman of the Beekeeping Association and is widely popular in the local area, appearing on TV and radio.

You will be charged for one installment each month upon delivery via your selected credit card payment method.

You can change your delivery date to another day or the following month to suit your convenience.
If you wish to do so, please change it from My Page or notify our inquiry desk.
(For second and subsequent deliveries, the date will be automatically set to "one month + five days after the initial application date.")
