This rare honey is harvested from cherry blossoms that bloom for a short period of about one week, during a season when the bees are not yet fully grown. It is a confident masterpiece highly recommended by our beekeeping department.
Harvesting Location
At L'ABEILLE's apiary in Hachioji City, Tokyo, approximately 2.4 million bees collect nectar. Around 1,800 cherry trees are planted in the surrounding area, showcasing a diverse range of cherry blossoms, including cultivars from before the Edo period, grafted famous trees, and wild varieties.

L'Abeille Beekeeping Department conducts urban beekeeping in Takeshiba, Tokyo, where honeybees collect nectar from spring flowers such as cherry blossoms, rapeseed blossoms, and wisteria. Within a 2-3km radius, there are lush green environments such as Hama-rikyu Gardens, Shiba Park, and Hibiya Park.
