Seven years after he started, he went to various countries to teach beekeeping as part of his activities with an NGO. Honey harvesting area details	イブレイ山脈（Monti Ibrei、ハイブレアン山脈とも）は、シチリア島南東部、ラグーザ県からシラクーザ県、カターニア県に跨る山脈です。標高はそれほど高くなく、最高峰のラウロ山は986m。元々は高原でしたが、川の流れによって削られ、いくつもの深い峡谷ができました。沿岸部では地中海性気候を活かした農業が盛んで、段々畑ではオリーブやブドウ、柑橘類、アーモンドなどが栽培されています。モンティ・イブレイは、オリーブオイルのDOP（イタリアの原産地呼称保護制度）としても知られています。
