Easter Island, blessed with a warm climate and abundant nature, once lost its greenery due to excessive logging and environmental changes, but has since restored it through modern reforestation efforts. As an isolated island in the South Pacific, it is one of the few places in the world where bee diseases have not been confirmed. The honey, sourced from the diverse flowers blooming on the island, such as banana, avocado, guava, passion fruit, eucalyptus, and citrus, stands out with a tropical flavor reminiscent of southern fruits. Rodrigo Labra, one of the few beekeepers on the island, has delivered this honey to Japan unheated to preserve its flavor. It is a rare honey, almost unknown even within Chile, that captures the natural essence of this World Heritage island in a jar.
