With eGift, you can send a gift even if you don't know the recipient's address.
This is a service that allows you to send gifts to recipients by sending a receiving URL via LINE, SNS, etc.

How to send e-gifts

1. Select the item you want to give,
Proceed to the cart page.

2. Under "Delivery method," select "Send as e-gift."
Please enter the name of the giver (purchaser) and the purpose of the gift.

3. Select the message card and proceed to checkout.
Please select a message card according to your purpose and enter your message.

*Selecting a message card and entering a message are required.

4. Complete the purchase process.
Please review your order carefully and click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase.

5. You will receive a URL for receiving your gift.
Once your order is complete, a URL for receiving your gift will be issued and sent to your registered email address.
Share this URL with the person you want to give the gift to.

Gift Receipt Deadline

The deadline for receiving the item is 7 days from the date of purchase.
If the receipt procedure is not completed by the deadline, the product will be sent to the purchaser's address.

FAQ

Some products may not be available.
Only available products will have the e-gift option available.

If the expiration date passes and the recipient is not entered, the item will be delivered to the orderer's address.

The recipient can specify this when entering their address.

Once the recipient has completed entering their address, we will notify the orderer by email.
Subsequent updates on delivery status will only be communicated to the recipient.
